A Rochester Plumbing Company Built on Quality Work and Clear Communication
BGS Plumbing is a family-run company serving homes and businesses throughout the Rochester area. Founded by Bradley G. Streeter in 2010, BGS brings more than 24 years of hands-on industry experience to the work, from everyday repairs and fixture installations to plumbing for larger renovations and construction projects.
Our goal is straightforward. We want customers to understand what is happening with their plumbing, know what the available options are, and feel confident about the next step. That might mean fixing a leaking connection, replacing a water heater, or discussing how the plumbing will fit into a new kitchen or bathroom.
Big-company capability. Family-run experience.
Experience matters, but so does being able to reach someone who will explain the work. BGS combines the capability to take on a broad range of plumbing projects with the personal attention of a local company.
We believe good service includes taking the time to assess a problem, explaining why a repair or replacement makes sense, and communicating clearly throughout the job. You should not have to understand plumbing terminology before asking for help, and you should not be left guessing about what comes next.
One Call Resolves It All!
Plumbing is often connected to a larger project. Replacing a kitchen fixture can be part of a remodel. A bathroom renovation can involve framing, electrical work, heating and cooling, and other trade work alongside the plumbing. A new construction project brings even more moving pieces together.
BGS works with a trusted network of electricians, HVAC professionals, builders, and other skilled contractors to help coordinate work when a project extends beyond plumbing. Instead of treating each trade as a separate conversation, we want to help customers see how the work fits together and keep the project moving.
Built to Function. Finished to Belong.
The work behind a wall matters just as much as the fixture you see when the room is finished. Good plumbing requires attention to the connections, the layout, the operation of each fixture, and how the finished installation works in the space.
Whether we are replacing an everyday plumbing component or working on the rough and finish stages of a renovation, BGS approaches the details with long-term function in mind. The goal is plumbing that performs properly and looks like it belongs in the home or business.
